Bright picture and good color. A true value with lots of options.

The Roku TV sometimes freezes up and I have to reboot TV. Also, it has lost wi-fi or internet connection later at night and it usually comes back by the next day. Otherwise, I like my new TV.

It is a good value for the price and size of the product.

If you're only streaming, it's great. But if you want to watch over the air stations you'll have issues. This unit doesn't remember OTA stations after watching streaming. Very annoying. Also not Bluetooth compatible.

Not only does the remote control continually consume batteries, but the volume and mute located on the side are not easy to use especially since there appears to be ample room on the face of the remote. Additionally, these controls on the side intermittently do not work. It seems to be something to do with their location. When one uses the pause function, instead of the picture just freezing, it freezes then dims and unnecessary data appears on the screen in front of the picture. These are very annoying!!!

This TV is not what I expected, it blinks in the middle of shows, doesn't work well with streaming channels, maybe the one I have is defective. So far I'm not impressed with this Roku TV so I do not recommend it.

The product that i order from best buy are good but getting it were it need to be going took to long my items have not arrived a month it is taking and i am not happy with best buy

Average television but good price for extra one in house. Netflix never stays connected for some reason with wifi… other apps seem fine. Makes no sense but it’s consistent (and annoying).

I bought this TV in Aug 2023. Tonight, 9/26/24, the TV started smoking while I was watching a program. No overloaded outlet. No electrical problems. Fortunately, I knew what to do before the TV caught fire. You would think a TV would last more than a year. No wonder they try to sell you a warranty when you buy.

Disappointed that it does not have an ethernet jack. They all should in this day and age of streaming.

Bought it for a bedroom TV. Wanted the Roku built-in, and to work with my extra, existing Roku remote with headset sound ability for wife. Picture quality is poor, washed-out, no real adjusts to the picture like every other TV I've seen in the last 40 years - literally hundreds. No adjustments to the audio, (other than volume). You better be happy with it's limited ability. Do not buy for your main TV unless you have no other choice.

The picture was great quality the sound is perfect the size was the perfect solution for the room the price was right I would buy again the color is great the setup was easy the putting it together was easy this was a perfect gift for a family member who loves how well the picture looks and the sound was amazing

Not bad for the price but it does lag a bit. Just had to restart the tv

Picture quality not as good as the seven year old Samsung I was replacing. Viewing angle was very narrow and faded out at about 45 degrees. Sound was difficult to adjust and the picture stuttered frequently(60hz instead of 120hz refresh rate. I am fond of my other roku devices, but not this one. I returned it to the store.

Its a good tv but i don't why it’s always freezing on us and the volume button on the remote doesn’t work .

I bought this TV a month ago and at first I loved it but about 2 weeks it I started having problems. It freezes up or voices get out of sync. I have trouble opening apps. Sometimes I can't even turn it off without unplugging it. Rebooting has become a daily experience. I tried to exchange it. I was even willing to try another ROKU TV but since it was past 15 days BB wouldn't even discuss it. Very disappointed.

It works most of the time. But it is very sluggish after a couple of months of use. Have not downloaded anything except the spectrum app. It takes several tries to reset if need be. Has a lot of trouble with YouTube where if you pause and get to the screen saver it won't recover from that. You have to turn it off and back on and sometimes it is still locked when turned back on.
