    Wanted hire model but needed tv. I paid too much now much cheaper. Remote had to be upgraded. Decent tv for bedroom

    Continuously, lags and drops Internet connection

    I’ve never had any problem with my Roku sticks connected to my Vizios or my Fire TV stick, but the Roku TV lags and drops the Internet connection constantly. The color is poor. I would definitely recommend you choose something else. Yes it was an expensive, but I still expect some value for the money.

    Lies and ruined my sons Christmas

    Purchased this tv not knowing the box had been open. When my son opens it on Christmas, the tv had clearly been opened and was returned CAUSE it didn't work. Then I get shipped the same tv, that DOESN'T work. When I go to return the tv the lady was not very helpful telling me basically I would have to pay more cause the tv was on sale when I bought it and now it isn't, then she proceeds to tell me it was cheaper due to the box being opened. So which one was it? When I click on my purchase details I now see where it says opened package, excellent condition which is a lie. Only crooks try and sale a broken tv to someone else. Thanks for nothing.

    The setup is not 124 done and then after everything i hate it the remote controll could be up on tv and it changes or turns off my other tv tottaly sucks for me if i could return o would

    I’ve had it for less than a month and it has been constantly freezing. It is slow to respond. I constantly have to reboot it. I’m going to have to return it.

    Almost immediately developed a weird transparent brownish blob over about 1/3 of the screen. In the center, naturally. Lost power constantly until it finally died for good after < 6 months.

    No remote, no hardware, no mounting brackets, NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT! Because it was open box I spent multiple sessions on hold with tech support just to be told they make no guarantees on open box items. Never again!

    Wow, I dislike this TV so much…almost always freezes up during the loading process. I will never purchase a Roku TV again.

    I bought this TV on black Friday, the sale was unbelievable, over 100 dollars off! I was able to set it up myself within 20 minutes with minimal effort, once connected to my WIFI, i was able to download all of me streaming apps within minutes. It has been so nice having it, I'm able to adjust the brightness for watching at night and the volume, even when lowered is a very clear sound. Would definitely purchase again.

    The picture quality is great on this very lightweight tv. It is simple to set up my existing Roku account on the tv. And the remote is seamless. I am really happy with this purchase. The only thing I would advise future buyers is to order the Roku sound bar at the same time as tv. The audio quality on the tv alone is not great. So the soundbar or another sound bar or speaker is necessary in my opinion.
