Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have recently purchased a blue ray player and 2 tvs. Javiere Brown, Jaelie and Manesh were so helpful they spent so much time showing me the different tvs and all there functions. I did not have a clue about the new tvs and how to set them up. They were all so helpful they made it so easy. All 3 bent over backwards for me. Very impressed.

i wanted to love it

Slow response

We just dropped a cable TV company, and wanted to start streaming. We were not sure where to begin, and talked to people who advised we purchase a Roku TV. We did so, and are still learning about streaming. But the TV itself is great.
