    Horrible Phone customer service!!! HORRIFIC

    Great TV but the WORST customer service from phone rep EVER! My daughter arrived at 7:50 and did curbside pick up. The people at the store were LOVELY however I called when it looked like they were closing and had the most un empathetic rep ever! He just kept saying .. you will have to come back tomorrow. Luckily the AWESOME people at the Buckhead store stayed late to help. I am grateful for them but will think twice about ordering again because of the phone experience I had with the customer service dept . So unlike my past experiences with Best Buy... disappointed

    tv changes stations on its own. tv always go es back to home by itself. Tv is super slow to change channels or volume ir abything.

    This bad rating has nothing to do with the quality of the TV. It is about the quality of the steaming. Cannot see most of the shows I watch on cable. Plus, the streaming often stops and I have to restart the TV. Always have to jump through hoops to watch a show.
