    We haven't had any cable or satellite service provider in 9 years. We've always used Netflix and Hulu Plus to watch whatever shows/movies we like to watch. Then we saw the Roku and thought we give it a try. Sometimes Hulu & Netflix removes shows and movies so it's nice that Roku offers a variety of apps to watch whatever programming you like.

    I love many of the features the Roku offers. One of my favorites being able to watch live tv (if you already have active tv service) thru TWC right from the player. I also enjoy the interactive app for my iPhone which I can add apps/channels to the player and it can be used as a remote if needed. My only dislike is not being able to power the Roku off, the only way to turn off is to unplug it completely.
