The computer monitor I have doubles as a tv/movie watching place. Far cheaper than renting a cable box and buying a tv for the room. The Roku Express is easy to use and set up is a breeze.

Good device, but you still get what you pay for.

The only downside is the remote range is rather short, and the included adhesive is usually not very strong which is a problem if you are mounting the device on top of the TV. Can also be a bit laggy, but only on rare occasion and I suspect it to be the internet connection.

Magic!

It does, however, have (3) HDMI connectors. I bought the ROKU, plugged it into one of the connectors and I can now magically stream content from many apps including Netflix and Hulu. Love it this device!

Easy and effective

I love being able to sync my phone to be used as an extra remote. And I can even put headphones into my phone and watch TV while my husband sleeps. Nice product for a fabulous price!

Cut the cord

It only took moments to setup and gives me tremendous consistency when streaming content. The price also made the investment a lot easier as this will pay for itself in less than a month with the savings recovered from cancelling cable.

Solid Minimalist Device

Furthermore, it works with Netflix and Amazon, and many other channels. The box contains everything needed to install, even the hdmi cable. If you only need a player to watch your favorites tv shows in full HD, this device is for you.

Simple and Handy Piece of Equipment

First one was for my own use and the second and third were for my kids. Neither of my kids (young adults) can afford to spend $200 a month on cable or satellite tv subscriptions, and so the Roku is great for them. It allows them to get a lot of extra programming and movies at no charge through the internet. Would hate to be without mine!
