    I bought the Roku for my bedroom tv. I do not have cable but i do have wi-fi. It installed easily and i had no problems. About 6 weeks later i wanted to move the Roku to my living room tv. I unplugged from the bedroom and plugged into the living room. It didn't work. Roku Customer Service is horrible. No way to call them. Had to go back to Best Buy for an exchange. Working fine now.

    Good. Easy to operate but sometimes has trouble with Netflix. Not sure if this problem is because of Netflix or Roku.
