I purchased my Roku stick 4/24/17,and I love it! It is so much easier to access and navigate Netflix and the other channels, than it is with my son's X-BOX controller. I cut the cable cord, and do not miss their high-priced TV bundle at all! I am saving a little over $75 per month, without their TV and phone bundle.♥♥♥ The only thing I was not aware of is that an indoor antenna will not get reception in a basement apartment, so I have no local channels!

Small, compact and easy to set up. No problems with the set up!

Purchased my first streaming stick, Roku, was so easy to setup took about 15 mins total, easy to access Netflix etc, so many movies, the remote is small but so easy to use, I am going to buy another one so I wouldn't have to keep moving this one around, definitely going to be cutting out cable,

I was looking for something to use to watch Netflix Vudu in my bedroom seen this on line liked that it was only $30.00 dollars for $30.00 Dollars i con't go wrong . It does every thing i need it to do and more like all the apes i like the idea i can Chang them out or add new one.

Picked one up on release day. HDMI cable is included albeit very short. The remote is IR so you will have to position the Box with line of sight to the remote. I have not tried with the RC APP from my smart phone. It is quick to load and very stable so far. Very pleased for the price!

This product was extremely easy to set up. We bought this for my mother, and she was able to set it up herself with ease. The only issue she faced were that the batteries in the remote expired in 2016 and she was unable to complete the set up process until she replaced the batteries.

You cannot really beat the price for what you get. If you are looking for a simple yet reliable streaming device, this is for you.

Love having this over cable. Only problem is when someone else in the house tries to go into same program I am using it then makes me log back in.

I purchased Roku Express, over Chromecast and I am happy with my purchase. Easy to setup and lots of free channels. Got 2 months HBO now for free

This is a nice smart box add option for any tv that is not a smart tv. you get access to some of the major apps from it like Plex and Netflix.

This is my 2nd roku product purchase. Its easy to use, especially for my parents.

It is affordable & gives you the same for a third of the cost.

At first i had lips out of sync until i went in to audio settings and changed "HDMI" to "PCM-Stereo" Everything in sync great now, and I don't think the device feels all sluggish or anything. I have tested Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon, and Sling. The mobile remote app is great too.

Just as easy to use as an apple TV or Google Chromecast.

If you don't mind having to go onto the internet to "activate" your product every time you use it, and if you don't mind having absolutely NO ability to speak with a Roku support representative, then this is the product for you. If you just want to be able to use the product without hassle, you need to find another product. Apple TV is far superior. I have 1 Apple TV (which is about 7 years old) and 3 NEW Rokus. The Rokus are way too much trouble. Once you register the Apple, it's done. With my Rokus, I have to go online and re-activate them almost every time I use them. When I tried to get support, there is NONE. Just cookie cutter questions, none of which touch on my issues.

I bought this after purchasing a "smart TV", and was blown away at the speed with which it responds to commands. The Roku vs my "smart TV", the Roku won! I will never go without a Roku again!

This is the cheapest way to get apps like Netflix, Facebook, and VUDU onto non-smart TV's. It works well and is able to stream HD with little interruption. My only complaint is that the interface looks terrible in many of the apps.

Using Roku 3600 and 3700 models as well as Amazon Firestick, clear winner is Roku 3600. Newer Roku 3700 is step backwards. Extra money spent on 2016 model Roku 3600 is wise investment. Older 2015 model 3500 should be avoided. These comments relate to standard HD and not to 4K operation. Streaming video is wave of the future and highly recommended for those having broad band internet and router.

I purchased this roku based on my previous experience with roku stick & roku 3. The remote is very cheaply made and hard to use. You have to keep pressing on it for it to work. Then when trying to go on Netflix it kept loading and never loaded the main menu. My husband and I got so frustrated that I just decided to return it. Don't get my wrong I love Roku products, BUT just not this one!
