    Setup was easy and it does work, although in troubling manner. Video and audio are not in sync and are not fixed by resetting ROKU. Trouble was proven to ROKU by a trial of using Firestick and Chromecast both of which worked prefectly.

    Do not buy if you live overseas

    I would not recommend this product if you live outside US, you can not add new channels neither web nor roku itself, this version does not support smart phone mirroring (the main reason I acquired this product), the channels I have seen so far are not big deal, I wanted to watch relatively new movies, but only old and independent look like movies is what I found, the rest of content nothing impressive. The most famous channels such as netflix, ufc channel, etc plus youtube are there so no problem, but as I said new channels cannot be added (espn in my case)

    Bad for Netflix, Info is Not Upfront

    Roku Express shows a pixelated picture when streaming anything from Netflix. The user has to first create a Roku account and include a form of payment, even if they will never purchase added Roku apps (which require a subscription). Also, there is no power button! If you keep Roku plugged in and your TV is on, Roku will also be on regardless of if you're viewing it. Finally, Roku would not connect to my high-speed internet.

    Major audio sync bug affecting all Roku devices

    As of 02/01/2017 - Warning! Roku currently has a MAJOR software bug affecting most devices. DO NOT PURCHASE. My Roku Ultra is currently completely unusable. There is a bug in EVERY SINGLE VIDEO APPLICATION which causes major audio delays. Plex, Amazon, Hulu, Netflix etc all have issues randomly where the audio for the movie or show you are watching will be terribly out of sync with the video. So if you like 2 second delays on the sound in your movies or tv shows go ahead and purchase. There are multiple threads with over 20 pages detailing these problems in the Roku forums. Roku has been stringing us along for over two months now. But all we are told is "its being looked at". DO NOT BUY ROKU UNTIL THIS IS FIXED. CURRENTLY NO FIX IS SCHEDULED.

    The roku stick is just fine.. But one of the most important options that all roku devices have is called miracast (allowing the user to mirror your cell phone or tablet to your big screen TV. This is the one device that does not support miracast. It shold say right on the box. NO MIRACAST SUPPORT.! I DONT MIND BUYING THE MORE EXPENSIVE PRODUCT.BUT WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.. GOING BACK TO GET THE CORRECT ONE.

    No video streaming

    My roku stopped video streaming after about 2 weeks of working fine. I called the roku customer support, they put me on hold 8 times, switched operators, spend almost an hour on that call, but the issue still hasn't been solved. The they told me they will talk to their technicians and call me back, which they never did.

    Worked for two months then died

    The unit is two months old and will no longer power up. I tried other electrical outlets but had no luck. Roku's website has no tech support phone number or instructions on getting an RMA or returning the product under warranty. Support links are an endless loop that takes you nowhere. Looks like I'm stuck.

    Frustrating to setup, multiple steps and it asks to provide your credit card info....unacceptable for me. Roku needs to learn from Apple TV. Returned mine to the store.
