This version works, but it doesn't pick up 5 ghz channels on your wifi router and the stick version does. Other than that, it works well.

I got this to replace a TWC cable box that has been replaced several times due to it freezing up. I used the TWC app from my iPad and Android tablets with no (0) freezing and decided to try the Roku. It performs really well and allows me access to Hulu, Amazon and other media in my bedroom. Very happy with it!

The Roku Express is great for streaming and easy to set up and use.

This item is working fine and as advertised. I have not had any issues with it since I made the purchase.

Forget about high priced satellite and cable TV. Get your TV over the internet with ROKU. Easy to hook up either wired or WIFI to your ISP router. Hundreds of free channels at ROKU.com We have 5 of them connected in our home, (both wired and WIFI) and they work like a charm. Can't beat it for $29.99

Setup is easy. Did not like that ROKU requires that you have a credit card on file to register.

The Roku is easy enough to install and configure. The picture quality is generally good. But the connection drops more frequently than I'd like. It looks like signal strength is usually good, it just drops from time to time. Not sure if it is Spectrum or their app flaking out or if it is the Roku. But it is good to have wireless TV without the boxes.

Great product provides a great way to cut cords by providing an all in one system which plugs into the TV through HDMI. Only issue I have is it is a little annoying to set up at first with usernames and passwords, also I personally do not like the menu system layout but that is a personal preference.

I purchased this Roku specifically because I previously purchased a Roku stick; however, the stick would not fit with all of my televisions due to its length. With this one, a HDMI cord is used, which works perfectly in all of my sets. The interface is great and I have enjoyed it thus far.

I finally cut the cable/satellite cord, and Roku is what made me able to do it. Works great and has tons of free channels available. I signed up for PlayStation Vue, and I haven't missed cable/satellite for a minute!!! It's super easy to hook up, and it's even portable. I couldn't be happier with it!!

Why did we wait so long to cut the cable cord (and huge bill)? Roku is AMAZING, picture quality is fantastic, all my favorite shows are available. Set up was really easy. One downside, if one can even call it that, is the remote is a bit small. I have lost it in the comfort of my bed a few times already!

Does what it is advertised to do. Doesn't have all the features of the more expensive model but is easy to setup and use. Multiple streaming services offer an alternative to the cable monopoly.

If you need a Roku, this is it. It's cheap, and does essentially everything else any other product on their line-up does. Very small, not an eye sore. Could be more functionality on the remote, but I don't see it as big con. Only Con: Can't turn it off. It just goes into a sleep mode so to speak.

Been able to watch our local university play away football games. And watch older shows on Netflicks.

This magical little gizmo transforms any old TV into a state-of-the-art Internet-streaming powerhouse. Setup was quick and easy, and Roku includes lots of free channels with quality content as well as integration with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and all the other popular paid services.

We have 2 of these. One upstairs next to the router and one down stairs underneath the router. Good reception and speed with both.

This is a great Roku for the price. Great for parents or anyone looking for a basic roku. The only difference between the roku express and the higher end models is it loads menus slower and has no headphone jack on the remote. So if all you need is 1080p, this is a great product.

Love the roku, works where you don't have cables. TWC has an app for it so it integrates seemlessly.

I have gone through 3 generations of this product and they are making the right changes. This one does not overheat and the size allows it to stay in place better. The foam stick padding for the remote sensor was a nice idea. The sensor is not very strong which is probably my only complaint. Seems to be using an older RF that needs direct sight.
