My roommate had an older version and this newer one is definitely better. It's super easy to use and the Netflix, sling and Hulu buttons are helpful. But whenever we hit the home button it turns on our fan, which is remote powered. Not sure why but it doesn't bother us much

I bought a Roku for my sister for her birthday and she loves it.

I bought this for my parents to upgrade their older Smart TV that wasn't very smart anymore by today's standards. The Roku did the trick nicely. It's user friendly after I set it up for my patents. Setup of all the apps takes some time.

I have four other Rokus, including 2s and 3s, and I do not see any performance difference with the Express stick. The only downside is that there is no Ethernet interface, but if you have a good WiFi connection there should be no problem.

It was generally pretty easy to set-up. The remote is simple but with enough functionality for what you need. This was a gift for mother-in-law and she found it easy once set up. And also great selection of apps that you can use.

I bought this as a bundled deal since I was in need of a streaming device for my extra room. The set up was very easy also got a few freebies (I.e free trial period for Hula, Netflix, HBO and one other I don't recall. Works perfectly.

My aunt loved this as a gift. Has access to all the best apps!

The roku express is easy to use and great for subscription services like Netflix or Hulu. The only downside is the apps that you can use for free seem to run slower and buffer, unlike the subscription services.

I love my Roku. Ever since I purchased it, I rarely watch Direct TV. It is very easy to set up and use. My 10yr can easily maneuver thru the menu. Highly recommend to anyone wanting something to turn their Dumb TV into a Smart TV :)

Needed this to use with a tv that is seldom used and didn't want to pay a monthly fee for the cable box. Hooked this up and now I can get Netflix, Amazon, and all the others that I already pay for without adding to my monthly fee.

If your tired of paying 100-200$ on cable this is an awesome item. Just keep your WiFi.
