This was the least expensive roku option and works just as great as the higher priced one I own. Got this for my mom to watch shows occasionally on Netflix and all the other great apps that she can download.

It may not be the best, but it's a great value for your dollar. Has plenty of channels and current apps. Downside is not as fast as others and remote isn't that great (keys stiff and uses wifi direct).

This model is great! It was suggested to me that, because if the smaller size, there might be an issue with overheating over longer periods of time, but I have not experienced this after a month of daily use. It's also far superior to Apple's device!

Works as advertized, easy set up but you might have to call the 800 number to get the non paying roku account web page. The one you follow to get set up assumes you will buy the monthly expanded service acct

I am using this item in lieu of paying for cable boxes with cable provider. I am able to get all cable channels that I subscribe to without the added expense. Will take less then 12 months to break even.

I went inside Best Buy to purchase a fire stick and after speaking with a sales associate in the electronics department I changed my mind and decided to buy the Roku instead and I absolutely love it!!!!!

This gave us freedom to watch what the adults wanted to in the living room and created my daughter her own space. It's very easy to use... My daughter is 5. I can set limits and restrictions with ease.

I have chromecast, amazon tv, streaming through xbox, streaing through my blueray player...but nothing beats the ease of use of my Rokus. Yes, that is plural. I now have three. 2 bedrooms and living room.

Great Value. My 3rd Roku. Since this was Cheaper than previous ones; had concerns. Unfounded, no quality difference with my Roku with the dongle. This one just uses the extra mini remote sensor box.

We currently have 4 streamers in our home. Amazon Fire stik and Fire box, Chromecast and the Roku. My son uses this to stream videos on YouTube, and while watching Netflix. Its pretty easy to use and does it's job. Of the 4, this ranks 2nd.

I have another roku 4K box. This is for an independent tv that has no cable boxes. This is for kids tv and all they want is Netflix and other apps that is available. Looks like part of tv. Easy to setup.

Smaller doesn't mean less quality. It provides the same as my other Roku devices, takes up less space and cost less. It is in the same room as my router so I can't speak to it's reception from another area.

Bought this item so we could use an older tv like a smart tv. We only use it for Amazon Prime, so that we could watch the series "Justified"...meets our needs 100%...plus it was the least expensive option..

I bought this along with my LG Smart TV as it doesn't come with Sling TV. I like Roku and have one for my daughter as well. So easy to setup and use. You would not be disappointed at all by buying this one.

This is a great unit for anybody looking to cut the cord and stream TV. I have access to all the apps and channels I need. This includes Netflix, HBO Now, Sling and many more. I used the Velcro straps and it's nicely concealed under my TV.

This Box is Small and powerful. It plays 1080P perfectly and the channel app store is huge there's so many apps to choose from. I own Amazon Fire TV stick and decided to try the Roku express and I Love it.

Got this mainly for streaming our Amazon Prime account, and it does that wonderfully. There are a few other free things on it that we've enjoyed too (some old movie stations and PBS kids for the kiddos).

The Roku set up was simple and it works beautifully. I actually use two of them in my home. Tech support, if needed, is excellent. So much both free and subscription offered with excellent results.

I bought this to convert my non-smart 1080p tv into a smart tv... it works as expected and seems to run fast. Only con is you need a place to set or mount the receiver as it is not the stick type

My dad's tv was old and did not have the ability to connect to the internet without an adapter. The adapter was $50. This is a much easier option and allows for him to use the remote. Very easy to use!
