This ROKU works just as well as the more expensive units. The only difference is that the remote control has to be pointed directly @ the unit to work.

Always a great value, the addition of DirecTV Now has allowed me to cut the cord completely on cable. Works great, lots of apps and easy to install.

Simple device to use on almost any tv. User friendly and the price is right. So far it has done its job and provided us with the entertainment we need.

I got the Roku Streaming Stick when Roku first came out. I liked it. I have kids and all sorts of stuff blocking them from getting to the TV. The Streaming Stick works over Wifi, so no need to point it at the TV. This one however you do have to. I didn't see anything in the reviews or descriptions that would alert me to that. Otherwise, it works perfectly. I find all sorts of new channels all the time that I like. There are pre-programmed buttons on there that point to the currently popular streaming channels. If I wasn't lazy, I would probably try to find out how to reprogram those, but right now they go to the ones I watch the most anyway, so no need to do that yet.

Item is easy to set up and use. It takes a while to initiate the first time and then loads quickly from sleep mode. Many channels.

I was undecided on which streaming device to get. It's better than Apple TV. It's definitely worth the price. It does what I need it to do. It's great if you don't want the top level rokus

Amazing how many free programs you can access on this device. After setting this up I was able to cut my cable off completely and saved a ton of money.

Super easy to use and great functionality. I also have a firestick and Apple TV and Roku is my favorite of them. Cutting the cord has never been easier.

Very simple to use. trying to lower cable bill and needed a good alternitive to media for family, Lots of channels most free, some a subscription, still a fraction of the cost of comcast.

I have used Roku for about eight years now and never was completely satisfied. I don't know whether it is the device itself or the apps, but Netflix and Pandora work fine. The sports channel apps (FSGo, ESPN, etc.) seem to be poor quality and choppy, breaking out every now and then as if there was a temporary signal loss. This happens to a lot of other apps as well. I know it's not the 4k TV, nor is it my router sitting less than 25 feet away. Maybe it's the WiFi receiver in the box itself that is the problem. Maybe it was the cheapest they could find and only works well within 5 ft of the router? Beats me. As long as Netflix and Pandora work, I'm good.

I have several blu-ray players with WIFI, but this little device works better than any of them in the house. Also easy to move from one TV to another.

If you're looking for an inexpensive streaming device this is a pretty good choice. Not as fast or robust as the Fire TV that we have but it's great for a second TV in a bedroom or den.

Easy to setup and use. The only streamer with a remote all others require app on phone. Lots of channels to download. Cancel cable but not internet. Lol

Best buy is great. Easy to order online, fast shipping. Works ok. You have to point remote EXACTY at unit or will not work. All around good for value. Too many hidden charges on service.

Got this to replace an Xfinity box (charging $6 month). It allows me to use the Xfinity app to stream their programming along with other apps. Inexpensive and works well. I recommend.

This simple device easily turned my TV into a smart TV. No more attaching my iPad to the TV and getting up constantly to stop, start or change channels.

I am very pleased with the Roku Express. I believe it is the least expensive of the Roku devices. It was easy to set up and has worked flawlessly.

This product is great. All of the applications that stream tv and movies that I subscribe to are at my fingertips. Setup and remote are user friendly.

Unfortunately, returned product. No issues! Just my dvd player was a smart product, didn't need the Roku. It was easy to set-up, and navigate though.
