Roku express

I looked at this as an avenue to downgrade DTV costs. I am happy with the ROKU. However, trying to use this initially was difficult to log to TV. The directions to contact roku website, did not advise of all the like (counterfeit) sites gleaning information from you because the virtually identical.. There should be a better verification process to identify correct organization; I am concerned about information theft and make sure on the right Roku website.
