My 4th Roku device

One of them is built into a 32" Sharp TV, which is neat because it eliminates messy wires. I also have an Amazon Fire TV, which is fine, but I like the Roku a little better. Even when using Roku, I still get lots of streaming stuff via Amazon video service, which is a free Roku app.

This model requires an HDMI connection on your TV, and has a great wifi receiver. It also has a network port for direct connection to your router. Gets a ton of different streaming sources. You may have to pay for some of them, but if you already have Netflix or Amazon Video you're all set!

Best streaming player

The Roku is the best in its class. Apple TV doesn't have 4K streaming and Amazon Fire doesn't allow you to watch UV movies (neither does Apple), which sucks because when you buy Blu Ray movies they come with the digital copy, but Amazon and Apple don't allow you to view them.
