As usual Roku did good again with the Premiere +... got it to use the Xfinity streaming app... only one thing though... whenever I plugged out the device for a few days, I had to reconnect it to my wifi connection... it didn't happen with my previous Roku boxes... this is my third Roku

If you're looking to stream media then this is a great and inexpensive way to do it

I have both the Chromecast and now the Roku and the Roku is definitely my favorite.

Love the fact that the remote supports a headset and is no longer line of sight.

Roku Premiere+ is really easy to install as you only need to buy an HDMI cable, easy to use and never have had any major problems while using it. The remote control has good coverage range and batteries last long. Easy to use even for elderly people.

big fan of the roku - bought one even though i have a samsung smart tv with tizen - roku's operating system and usability is second to none - no brainer to pay a bit more for uhd/4k access. this one hits the sweet spot, no real need to get the more expensive one. highly recommend it.

Easy to set up and use. Connecting to the tv was quick.

I was setting this up for my inlaws and this has a IR receiver built in so it was easy to use with their Harmony One remote. I also had the added advantage of removing most of the options from the home screen to make it less confusing for them. I like my Amazon Fire TV a little better for myself. Plex, Amazon Instant Video and Netflix work well. If you want to use Kodi, Roku doesn't work.

We started using streaming service in January and this Roku Premier+ has worked great. The only downside is it's not compatible with our tv in that it doesn't control the volume and the on/off, and doesn't have a DirectvNow button but not a big deal.

This is our second Roku - love it. Seems to run really well, no issues at all! Complements our other devices (we don't have cable) as we stream all of our television. They have apps that others don't (like apple tv and fire stick- which we own also). Would recommend.

Overall it is a great product but I ended up returning because the remote does not let you speak into it.

I use the Roku to obtain my Spectrum channels on satellite TVs in my other rooms without paying for additional cable boxes. It is for TV watching only, you can not record or use the remote to go back or forward.

Not kidding, no complaints whatsoever! This product is great and since I bought it for a non 4K television, it does the trick, no need for the next model up. I chose this model because of the aux port of the remote; great for using while someone else is sleeping in the room.

Performs as expected. Will be replacing cable with streaming service now.

Switched over from ChromeCast to Roku Preimum+. It was a great choice! The Roku is quick when navigating in the interface and between apps (aka channels). It also supports all the apps I regularly use such as Plex, Amazon Video, Google, Hulu, Netflix, etc. I've been using it for about a month now and the only gripe I have is that it's always on - no off or standby on there.

I could really see the difference in the quality of streaming videos

I started with the Roku Express but decided to exchange it for the better model so that I have more flexibility with my TV. Connectivity is great, but sometimes certain apps will hang up and not work properly, though that may not be on Roku's fault. The headphone capability is nice, but i wish the volume buttons also controlled the tv volume when not using headphones as well.
