Bought this so my wife could watch Gilmore Girls, but I've been using it a lot myself. I'm amazed at the number of selections available on Netflix for very little money, $9.99 a month. Am seriously thinking about adding Sling and dumping cable.

I Love the Roku, I already purchased an ultimate which is really awesome and this one is a close second. You can do voice search, but have to do it from your phone vs. the remote. Otherwise it is an excellent device, and would buy it again.

This device is a great accessory for media consumption. It is very responsive. Best part is I am able to use it to play movie files from my media server. It can play just about any format you through at it. The build quality is good too.

Excellent alternative to paying Time Warner for a minibox

This is my first Roku and it's been a good experience so far. I like that you can add and delete apps easily. I enjoy the Roku better than my Chromecast as I don't have to worry about my cell phone battery when watching something.

Needed a way to watch my Netflix and Vudu without disturbing the rest of the house. Didn't need 4K and needed to use headphones. I have added more channels and now can wach all the channels I usually watch either live or past episodes.

I have had a few Rokus now. This one has been pretty good. I got it for the Ethernet port. I am trying to eliminate as many wireless devices on my WiFi as I can. The only problem I have had has been with the remote. Sometimes it loses connection with the roku, I’m not sure exactly why.

what else is there to say? It's a roku - it works. This one replaced an ancient one we had after we upgraded the TV - this will be our fourth or fifth roku. Also have apple tv, kindle tv stick, google chromecast - roku gets the most use!

I needed an antenna to get basic HD channels so I looked at this one which also had a bonus if you bought any Roku . It says you can get 80 channels, I knew that wasnt happening. I got 30 channels and that good enough for me right now.

I rated the product with 5 stars because everything is working well. Best Buy offered Sling 30 days free with this purchase. However, after 7 days Sling billed me their monthly subscription rate. This should be addressed by Best Buy!

Had an apple TV before Roku. It was slow and connection was dropping all the time. Once replaced with Roku no more issues with stability. In addition to stable device it has so many different features. Love it.

Really like the ROKU products. Purchased this on sale and needed the ethernet port due to distance from router. Realized the micro sd port only supports expansion of additional channels and doesn't function like the Ultra model which has the USB port. Returned and bought the Ultra which works great as expected.

Took the Roku Stick on vacation with us and we were able to watch our regular programming on the road. Roku is a great product that hasn't let us down. As long as you have a fairly decent internet connection, everything is good.

I had a sharp TV and unable to view 4K content using the apps my TV had. Roku gave me 4K content on several apps including YouTube , amazon prime video. Netflix does not stream 4K for 30Hz TVs but that’s a Netflix issue
