Easy to use but some technical issues with sound

The audio is noticeably ahead of the video feed only when using DD+ audio. Because of this I have had to disable DD+ output which for most channels means no surround sound at all (Amazon, Netflix, Vudu). I have had a support ticket open with Roku for almost two months and they have not provided any assistance.
