Roku Premiere Plus Remote BAD
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 3rd roku premiere Plus I have exchanged the original for. Within days. The first remote audio did not work, at all, the 2nd exchange.....the remote did not have an audio port and came with AA batteries but the remote required AAA batteries. the 3rd exchange, the remote batteries do NOT make contact and it frequently malfunctions several times during the same viewing experience. I have purchased brand new batteries 3 times and still need to every few minutes remove the batteries, replace them, and it might work for a bit longer before it stops working. I purchased this Premiere Vision because of the audio remote feature, paid a good bit more for it too. It's a great idea, but you guys have serious defective batter components in this remote.

Cost Savings

Takes time to get used to the function and lost ability to channel surf. I with is was compatible with universal remotes so that I don't need two remote to use the TV. Purchased a second one for my child in college.
