I had this up and running within minutes using the Roku android app. I now stream Hulu, Sling (with HBO and Showtime) and Netflix. Don't miss cable at all.

The Roku device is a definite upgrade over Amazon products.

Works good but will not work with a DirectTV remote control

Cut the cord and not missing a thing (well maybe the Velocity Channel!). Set up was easy going to the web site first and then plug and play after that.

I bought two of the HDR 4k boxes just because you can hard wire this specific box in. Not all Roku boxes work that way. Only the top two. I can't speak to the wireless ones but these work great for streaming cable, Netflix, and Vudu

We had it set up and working in about 2 minutes. It works as advertised, nothing too fancy, works as promised. Easy to configure, we may purchase a second one.

a month with it so far, this prouduct is SOLID as all previous Roku models I've owned. What sold me on this was the "point-anywhere" remote. That allows you to do two things, first, and most obvious, you dont have to point the remote at it to use it. Secondly, it gives you the option to mount this unit behind the TV out of view. Lastly the image looks a lot better than my previous model the Roku 3. this model has HDR support, but my TV doesn't but it somehow, in my opinion, make the image look so much better. If you're gonna get a Roku, MAKE SURE it's the ROKU PREMIERE PLUS.

As advertised. It does a great job. Great little machine. Love the earphones in the remote so you can watch TV late at night without disturbing anyone.

This Roku streaming device was very easy to set up. Apps are easy to download . Device is easy to operate. Very pleased with the streaming performance.

This is our 2nd purchase of this model, for another TV. Works like advertised. The picture quality is much better than our original roku which we've replaced.

There are much improvement on Roku on models 2016-2017, including this one. Good HD video, smooth & fast streaming, nice design! Strong recommend for everyone who want to cut down TV cost (from cable/satellite) Niote: You must have good internet speed to streaming (at least at 10MB/sec) to maintain the high video quality!

Love Roku. I have a Roku 3 upstairs. This Roku Premier rocks a great picture with all the roku pluses including playstion view to cut cable. I would have given it 5 stars but it lacks voice control unlike the roku 3.

Just when I thought I have had every Roku known to man they come out with this beauty. It is fast and responsive and the 4k + HDR performance is phenomenal.

The Roku is great for free tv and movie viewing. The picture quality is perfect. I upgraded to this from the chromecast and I am happy that I did.

New product to my daughter but seems to work as promised.

This device is very helpful in utilizing the key functions of today's 14k TV. It's much faster than older generation units so that's a major plus.
