I got this on sale for $50. The hardware itself is nice and I have not experienced any kind of hiccup while using it. I do wish Roku would try and push the service providers to make better apps though. Twitch is no longer provided because Amazon pulled there support. Didn't know this when I bought the Roku. There are other problems with apps like Youtube not always loading thumbnails and Amazon Prime taking forever to load menus. But those problems are on the providers. Netflix is great, and VRV runs fine so I am overall happy with this purchase.

This was an upgrade for me from an older Roku. It is a lot faster and I really like the headphones capability. I would just add RCA outputs for my stereo.

I've had a Roku 2 for many years and have found it to be reliable and useful. Based on my previous Roku experience, I purchased this Roku Premiere for my mom who wanted to lower her cable bill by getting rid of her cable box in her guest bedroom. She hardly ever has guests but wanted to have TV available for them without having to pay an extra $20 a month for the cable box and DVR service. The setup for this Roku was easy and I enjoyed seeing all of the improvements that have been made to Rokus since I purchased mine so long ago.

Easy set up, very reasonable price on sale. Has access to Acorn TV which is excellent source of English, Australian and New Zealand programing.

Roku is the best for Netflix hulu and Live TV Hands down

Bought this to replace our old Roku. Haven't used it to stream 4K, but works well for everything else. Super fast, with no lag. Very happy with it.

Speedy and dang-near flawless. I use the headphone option quite a bit, and ended up getting another unit for our living room.

This is my second roku. Bought this one for our 4K tv. It pulls in Netflix when our Tivo is still spinning for a connection. The headphones are great.

Good streaming tv device. Easy to setup and use. My only criticism at the moment: some channels are free to download but require subscriptions to watch. This information would be helpful BEFORE you download the channel.

It allows streaming for almost all my subscribed Xfinity Channels. With exception of Nickelodeon, which for whatever reason even I am suscribid to that channel, I can´t stream it over Roku device. Please fix that

This Roku model is sleek and well-designed. It can fit into narrow slots with ease. The remote is good, but the best part is the plug-in earphones.

I wish I knew about how fast and intuitive this was before I bought my Xbox for streaming. Roku is always on, seamless switching, and 4k compatible.

I bought my first Roku a while ago and thought that it worked great, but my new Roku Premier exceeded my expectations. By far the best Roku yet!!!!

This was my first Roku, and is better than the 'premium' model as this has the RF remote. With my audio/video systems in basement, this comes handy.

Got as a birthday present for my dad and he loves it! The speed is great and it has never had an issue with wifi connection. It did freeze up once in the very beginning but after a quick restart it has worked perfectly.

I have few streaming player and this is the best one.. The quality of picture also great and it outshines other media players

Great option to help cut the cable bill. Love the remote and ear phones to listen without bothering anyone else. would recommend without reservation
