Needed to test a streaming device for installation at a vacation home which we only use 3-4 weeks a year, so that we can cancel the monthly satellite subscription. The Roku has pretty much everything you need without favoring one type of content (e.g. like a streaming device that's sold by a huge online retailer whose name is the same as a major South American river). Tons of free add-on apps and content, plus all of the major online streaming services. We love it!

I have both this and a fire tv and this is so much quicker to boot and rarely do I have issues. I use this to stream multiple channels and do not have any issues. I do like that fact that when the channel buffers I get a bar across the tv screen notifying me when it will clean up the buffer. That is the one huge difference to me between this and the Firetv. If you are not hooked into the Amazon echo system this is definitely the model to get.

Does what's advertised. Not blown away, but nothing I can complain about either. I personally think it is better then an Apple TV and Fire Stick though. Recommended.

The new generation of Roku streamers are very fast and Roku by far is the most versatile streamer. Would recommend.

The Roku Premiere+ is very easy to use, and has provided problem free service for about five months now.

The head phone jack makes this an amazing device. Can watch anything you want without disturbing others.

This device is easy to setup and get running and the interface is a bit easier to move around in than the Roku Stick, at least in my opinion. What I like about this device is that it has a network port on it so you can connect it to your home network via a network cable. A "Hard Wired" connect like this is usually better than a wiffi connection as it can handle more data and at faster speeds. You can still connect this via wifi if you don't have a network cable.

The Roku performs like all the reviews I read. It definitely meets our streaming needs and is very easy to use.

So far it seems to work great. It was easy to install & use. Love being able to access free movies from Amazon prime without having to use additional devices like my phone.

This Roku is way better than the Roku 2 (2015) that I had prior, It's way faster and it's 4K performance is great.

The Roku allows me to watch Netflix and Amazon plus other online programming. It's great and easy to use.

Roku device was easy to install. Once connected to WiFi, I was able to see many channels to binge watch.

good streaming but not as user friendly as the amazon streaming box . The ear buds broke when trying to take out of the box. overall it seems to function pretty well though

Easy set up. Plug in play, link your accounts and your ready to go. I like that you can connect head phones.
