I went to BB to get a Fire Stick, but they were sold out. The Salesperson told me to try Roku. He said that he likes it better. It was easy to set up and works flawlessly. Can't wait to try it with Directv streaming service when it becomes available.

This was my first Roku purchase. I'm not a technical person but i found it was easy to setup Roku and get started with the remote. It clearly shows you a menu with categories and has buttons for Netflix and others for easy access.

I have the chromecast and the roku, and I prefer the roku for a few reasons. there are more apps available for the roku. i also like the separate physical remote that comes with it vs. using your phone (which is also an option for the roku via the app).

I purchased the Roku and for the most part am very happy. I do have occasional problems with it just not working.

We bought this really just to stream one certain channel/app. It was easy to set up and use. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but we couldn't get it to power on after the first use. Could have been user error, but in any case, we exchanged it at Best Buy , same model, the next day and it's worked perfectly since.

For the price, it’s a great value. Easy set up, lots of apps from which to choose. Only problem is that the remote will occasionally lose its signal from the stick, which usually requires a total reset, which means you have to again get authorization from the channel. Kind of a pain, but still think its the best.

Real easy to setup Roku streaming stick and adapt it various TVs. Most TVs now-a-days have HDMI ports - it will not work for TVs that do not have an HDMI port. If you don't have a USB port on the TV, it comes with an easy power adapter to keep it charged.

the best streaming stick I have ever used. Super fast, no delay between button press and response. Quality is very good, no buffering issue ever. Will be getting Roku 4K for my HDR TV soon. Moving away from SONY BDP, TV APP and Apple TV streaming.

Overall, this works great. Simple to set up, simple to use. The only issue I have had is that Netflix occasionally freezes and I have to back out to the Home screen to restart it. It has only happened a couple of times, and we use it every day. I would recommend it to a friend, and we did, in fact, buy a second one.

I bought this for my parents who aren't the most tech savvy and they love it! I really only bought it because of the buttons for sling tv, hulu, etc. Made it easier to explain to my parents how to navigate. I bought one for the living room as well.

The Rokus are great. this one is very easy to set up and to use. On auto detect you simply press a button and it turns on itself. no hassle of changing the source, etc.. to connect. also the phone app is great if you lose the controller.

It's a great alternative to hooking up my laptop to the tv to watch Netflix. It works well and I'm extremely satisfied. I had to give it 4 stars instead of 5 because my Xfinity remote lights up in the dark which has changed the remote game for me. I'd like to see the next Roku do that. But all said, it's a great addition.

I own the 2016 model stick and a 2015 model Roku 2. The stick has a bluetooth remote which is much nicer, and I notice no performance issues compared to the 2. Perhaps even better, that is still to be determined as my 2 has performed very reliably.

A little late cutting the cable cord, but we finally did and this was the best option to get Sling online!! So far, no problems with this Roku and thinking on buying another for the family room!!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone!!

Device works as described. Very happy so far, has all the apps I need.

The Roku Stick starts up and loads up streaming apps quickly. It also offers all the streaming apps we use. It's the size of a USB stick and it can be powered directly by the TV itself, making it take up minimal space. Happy with the purchase.

I would recommend this product to others. It was very easy to set up.
