These things are great no wires this is the third one we have purchased and I have no complaints I think they're awesome and I have replaced the older ones just to get rid of the wires in the power cords we would recommend them

New model streaming stick is fast and easy. For my wall-mounted screen, I prefer to have the hidden device. Happy with the speed and functionality that the new stick provides. Currently own 4 of them - a must have for every screen!

Happy with this purchase. Easy to setup and it works fine.

No space needed, like a Blu-ray to make the same service. charge automatically on the T. V., and the best part : the dog ate the remote control but we downloaded the remote control in our cell phones, this is a great feature.

I have a smart TV and it's app functions are horrible. I bought the Roku Stick and all my problems were resolved. It's small and out of the way and it's fast. All my content comes in really great and I have had no problems with it.

I'm not real technical, but was able to set this up and use it in a few minutes. Allowed me to set up a Netflix account and eliminate some of the cable channels, ie save some money. It actually paid for itself in two months!!

I love the features available on the new stick+ such as the option for 4K, faster processor and especially the attached wireless receiver. I think the stick+ is a great upgrade from the older models. However, I did encounter a couple of issues. First, this stick is longer than the older model I have and it doesn't fit into the HDMI port on the back of my television. I have to order a separate 270 degree (right angle) adapter piece before I can install it. I'm concerned that connecting with a generic adapter may either affect the fidelity of the connection or may not be fully compatible with my HMDI port. Second, the power cable attaches to roku on the side, as opposed to the end of the stick as my previous roku, so the power cable sticks up and out from the side of my TV and looks awkward. I would still recommend this stick+ for the more advanced features, but those are issues that I think roku and customers should be aware of.

My Roku Streaming Stick (2016) turned my HD TV into a Smart TV for a very reasonable price, and the fact that it is portable gives you the added benefit of being able to move it from one TV to another. It's also very easy to use.

I had a roku 2 for a couple years that went on the fritz!! I wanted to try the streaming stick this time instead of an extra item on the tv stand!! Great buy, it hooked right up and was easy to get going with my existing account!!

Some people have low expectations and I did not. This was an addition to one of my televisions that is not a "smart TV" in order to stream Netflix, Pandora, Acorn, etc. I thought that by electing to go with this particular model, primarily since it would be hidden from view, that I would have less of an experience, this was not true. The TV is an earlier model Samsung 55" that was previously served by a Samsung smart Blue Ray player of the same vintage. The Roku is faster and is much easier to use than the Blue Ray, which is now in another room working with another TV that is not used as much. The Roku seems so "connected" to my router one would think it was hard wired to it. No drops, no hesitations, great pictures and sound. We love this addition to the TV and room where it is installed.

Installing this Roku stick was very easy. The amount of free Roku channels is amazing. This device really enhanced my choice of channels with no additional monthly costs. I strongly recommend this Roku stick to everyone.

Great option to be able to get away from the cable boxes.

I wasn't sure which to get (we had the first generation) and I ended up asking an associate for their opinion. They said I could choose whichever. But the streaming stick has a little bit more convenience for my family. It was simple to set up and was ready to use immediately. No issues yet!

I no longer pay for cable service and just watch my favorite shows either through Netflix or Hulu. I have both Chromecast and Roku. My kids like the Chromecast but I like the Roku because it’s just easier to use.

What can I say. Does what you want it to and does it well

If you've ever owned a Roku box, this is exactly the same, but with one key difference: no cords. My tv is mounted and I hate having to manage the cords/boxes that go with everything, but this makes it so much easier.

I have the original stick as well as two regular set top Roku's the current generation stick has improved performance dramatically. Fits right in the back of the TV, setup your wireless and your ready to log into your services.
