Only 4 stars. We have not had this product long enough to really give a detailed review. So far it does what it's suppose to do. No problems setting up. I would not get rid of it. It could be a 5 star after at least 1 year. Hard to say when you have it for such a small amount of time.

We have several Roku devices in our home but this was the first Roku Streaming Stick we have purchased. The device works great and has the added advantage that it is easy to pack and setup when we take family trips.

Will help with cable cutting. Lots of selections!!

This is so much better than Chromecast. Responds promptly and without excessive buffering. The remote is a great convenience. Works very well with Amazon Prime and You Tube. A huge choice of services are available.

Roku stick works great and gives you what you want

I had no idea how great the Roku was. I tried the 3600r and loved it. My cable company is available on it and and a multitude of other movie and television options. Went back to Best Buy and purchased two more. Love it.

Just plug it in and watch. I was considering the roku box, but after reading a few reviews i chose the roku stick. I am not disappointed. It is simple, out of the way, and it works. I highly recommend the roku stick.

WHAT CAN I SAY I LOVE IT THE BEST PURCHASE I MADE.

Have a Roku 2 upstairs and this downstairs. The speed of the stick blows the Roku 2 out of the water. Currently testing a hard drive on router to setup a media server to acces through Roku. So far everything looks like it will work flawlessly. Will replace the 2 with another stick soon.

Out of all streaming devices, Roku is the best buy

I've been using this in the guest room as a great entertainment hub. You can use the best apps, or use Plex to browse my movie catalog that I converted so I could watch anything on any TV that has the service.

I have two smart DVD players, two smart tv's and 3 roku's. The smart DVD players are definitely inferior. The Samsung Smart TV's are okay, but the Roku's are better. The stick has a lot of advantages. I think it works just as well as the Roku2 and Roku3. Plus you can use headphones if you use your computer as a tuner. The only criticism I have is that I didn't know it requires a fairly fast Internet connection. My connection is slower than what's recommended, but it's still okay. If my wife is looking at say Amazon and I'm looking at MLB at the same time, then I have problems...but I think that's because my connection isn't the fastest. I think with a faster connection there'd be no problem. If I'm the only one using the roku, then it works just fine.

We have one older TV that is not a smart TV...this was great...my husband wanted to use it on our back lanai since it was the older TV. With the Roku stick we were able to stream what we wanted easily. Perfect!

Great improvement over my old Roku lot faster and doesn't lock up like some of the older one do. I was actually impressed with this one if you don't need extra gimmicky option or 4k support this is the one to get.

If your TV is capable of getting direct internet, or at least getting it through WiFi, then this device will save you tons of money, while also offering a great many choices for viewing media programs. There are literally thousands of channel choices and if you want premium, subscribe to them and cancel any time. If you want to watch a movie that still costs money, you can pay for them on the fly. I dumped my cable subscription, got an antenna for local TV and the streaming is great since I connect my TV directly to the internet. Seriously, what once to cost me around $150/month with two premium channels, now costs me about $75 for internet and the streaming I get, plus the same two premium channels I had with my cable subscription.
