I love my Roku. I have had it a few years and I'm not that tech savvy so at first I was a bit nervous setting it up. It was actually quite easy to do.

Evidently it's not so easy to install the Roku stick to any TV. I could not get it installed even after over an hour on the phone with Roku tech. I have to call them back for more assistance so this is not a complete review. Hopefully the next tech can help me more than the first one did!

From the moment the device was up and running the menu and setup speed as well as the quality images were impressive. The device works great and the Screen Mirroring is excellent as well. This feature is not discussed much: It allows you to project the screen, from a compatible device, wirelessly to your TV Screen. The only issue I have had: After periods of inactivity I have had to rebstart the stick. I believe this is due to the USB port I am using for power shutting down when the TV is turned off. Wireless setup is a breeze.

Purchased with my LG tv. Slot in the back of the tv was convenient for the streaming stick. Plugged in and registered the stick and instantly had channels after making my selection.

I mainly got the Roku so I could access Amazon Prime movies on my TV in the bedroom. I have found so many fun channels for my 11 yr old son also. We rarely watch regular TV in there now.

I purchased my Roku stick just for when I travel. Many times a resort will have WiFi, but not cable channels that I like. I take my Roku with me and it is so easy to install. I instantly have Netflix, Hulu and others at my fingertips

this is a great Roku, but it's slower and the connectivity isn't fantastic. plurge and buy the next best one, this one is basic at best. still works great, but the one i have on other TV (more expensive one) works super fast and seamlessly.

It really is as simple as plugging it into your TV, setting up an account, and then use whatever media applications you enjoy. Works really well with PlaystationVue and Netflix!

Purchased the 2016 roku stick to replace a cable box for my son's bedroom. Works great, love the ease of use and set up. Going to buy 2 more and give my cable boxes back spectrum.

Works great for me. Roku is one of the only providers that supports my streaming cable app thru Charter!! Very much needed. Cheap, reasonable, great remote, use it all the time.

Love my Roku sticks. No cable box fees with TWC (Spectrum) when you use the Roku stick. So simple to use and many different streaming apps. I use it for Netflix and Pandora as well.

I wanted you get youtube on my older model TV. (purchased it about 3 yrs ago). I'm able to do exercises in the basement without purchasing DVD's that I stop using within 3-4 months.

We haven't missed cable at all. We love the Roku because we can stream our Playstation Vue and Netflix accounts. Definitely worth it!

Once I got my internet single boosted outside to the tv this was hooked to I have been very pleased with this item. Would recommend for everyone who likes to stream. Small. Powerful.
