Simple, easy, gets the job done. The only reason to consider an upgrade would be to go for a hard wired version. My router sits right next to my TV so signal gaps aren't an issue.

Plug and play, with little fuss. Have only had to unplug and plug back in once in 2 months and I think that was due to an issue with a specific app (happened on other devices as well).

Was worried this would have the same slow, clunky interface of the 2015 model. What a relief to know it's much faster and sharper. I really enjoy it. Favorite streaming product, by far!

I am happy with my roku streaming stick. It streams smoothly, no lags. The app store has plenty of choices and with the purchase of the streaking stick many apps give you free trials!

Absolutely the best streaming stick. Fast, Slick, Clear and Easy. I have been using the Amazon Fire Stick, but this is a better choice, especially if you do not have and Amazon account.

I travel allot so I need something when I get to the hotel to watch and using the phone or pad gets annoying and apple TV is too big to bring around. So this is the perfect substitute!

We decided to get rid of Directv and go Netflix. We needed something to stream Netflix and went with the Roku streaming sticks. We have been very happy! It was easy to get set up!!!

Love it! Easy set up. No problems streaming or switching to other televisions. Was a little afraid at first since I have always used other streaming devices, but am just as happy!!

Extremely easy to setup, took me about 5 minutes to setup. It is extremely fast compared to the older version. Highly recommend this especially if you are subscribing to SlingTV

Very fast. Has a huge library of apps to choose from. If you are just looking for something cheap to stream Netflix/Hulu/Amazon/etc, this is the device for you. Simple. Effective.

The Roku stick does what it needs to do. I did have a problem connecting it, and I contacted the help line for Roku. They were VERY unfriendly and wouldn't help at all. I was able to successfully hook it up but their customer service is TERRIBLE

I love my Roku - Streaming Stick! I find myself watching this more than my Fire stick! I love it so much, that I downgraded my cable and use this instead.

I have a Roku 3 and purchased the stick for another tv specifically so I could use headphones. I was looking at the higher level Roku's, but this does so much and is easy to setup.

Was skeptical about purchasing this device, but for the price, which is very reasonable, I went for it. I have no buyer's remorse. I love it! So much bang for the buck!

I've been using the Roku stick for a month now and I'm very pleased with it. It was very easy to install. You can't go wrong for the price. I plan to buy a second one for another TV.

I purchased this Roku specifically to stream MLB.TV in hi-def to my already "smart" TV and have actually replaced the smart apps on that TV with strictly the Roku versions because they are much faster and of higher quality (Netflix, Amazon Video, etc). It works seamlessly with my Harmony Hub, so I don't need the Roku remote that comes with the device. My only complaint, and it would bring this review to 4.5 starts if Best Buy allowed it, is that it will consistently crash when switching from watching a MLB.tv live game, and then switch over to Netflix. The device will freeze-up when I select "play" on a show in Netflix, the device will crash 20 seconds later, and then everything returns to normal. The reboot is fairly quick, so I won't complain too much about that (that would be the half-star).

I just joined amazon Prime and was looking for a streaming stick as my I don't have a smart tv. I read multiple reviews on rook vs the firestick, then went to bestbuy to purchase the newest roku. I briefly talked to an employee and he told me they recommended the firestick vs. roku as it was much faster,etc. I informed him I had done considerable research and the new Roku was much quicker (I don't think he knew new version was out but as always consumer beware). anyway I am very pleased with purchase and performance, works great for my needs, loads content very quick. My family was over and they have new smart tv and they commented this was quicker.

The Roku has tons of free private channels for varied interests in addition to the usual mainstream channels like Hulu, Netflix, Vudu, Amazon, YouTube, etc. Easy to setup and use.

This is my third Roku! This particular one seems faster then my previous and much faster then the original Roku stick I purchased years ago. A great product with great features!
