I bought this item base upon the recommendation of the store clerk. It works great. It is very easy to use once it is installed. It takes a couple of steps to install it.

Loved it! had a hard time having this device find my home wifi, but once this was installed super easy to use and a great addition for many shows on Netflix, HULU and others! you have to have a membership for these add ons, but a great stick!

I don't know why it took me so long to cut the cord and go the streaming route. I love my Roku stick! It is so easy to use, and I can find all my favorite shows very quickly!

This is a great product. We purchased it to stream Sling TV to our bedroom and did not want to add more cords. This fits behind the TV, got power from the TV and has worked great.

Just got done with cable, we still can watch movies in bed now.

This newest version is so superior to the prior one, it works faster and, so far, hasn't needed a reboot, which the older version (purchased less than one year ago), did constantly.

This was a gift for my oldest daughter who streams everything in her dorm. The small format is great and helps keep her from losing cables from a set top device when she moves.

I purchased the Roku to use with an older Samsung TV that I plan to use in my bedroom. I didn't want to buy a new TV of drill holes for coax cables. Roku was the answer for me.

It turns my TV into a smart TV without the cost of buying an entire new one. Also, I can unplug it and take it with me to a friends and plug it into their TV. Cool!!

Trying to save money and do without cable. This is the perfect device for that. Has a lot of apps and I use Sling tv for the main channels that I actually do watch more of.

This is probably my favorite stick for TVs. I travel a lot and it works well in hotels. It also has the most apps for a stick, by far. However, the user interface (UI) is really out dated. This just means the software LOOKS outdated.

Great device to use with Spectrum. Avoid the monthly charges and works great to get any channel and paid channels too. Highly recommended . Easy set up

Easy to set up, easy to operate. I was watching in less than 10 minutes. And both the kids and my girlfriend can use it without harassing me with questions. It's a winner!

Purchased for a TV we don't use very often but wanted streaming ability. I have a ROKU 2 and ROKU 3 and those work well since they ave a little USB port that you can plug into. This one doesn't -- it just plugs into your HDMI port on the back of the TV. So far it does everything I need it to -- basically stream TWC app and some of the other channels (Nick, Disney) and Netflix. It's powered thru the TV, so I don't think it's on when the TV is off (unlike the other stand-alone Roku's, which always seem to be on sucking power). My only complaint is that sometimes it can be a little slow to respond. Not sure if it's because I'm powering it thru the USB port on the TV and not actually plugging it in to A/C power (cord won't reach). Either way, it's good enough for what I need it for and the black friday price.

The updated version is faster and users want have a problem installing, what I noticed it seems to be more of a better built version then the previous one, you want be disappointed,

Sure, it doesn't do 4k but it is still a solid choice for anyone needing a good streaming stick. Doesn't hiccup or lag any and is in the right price point to make a great gift.

This thing rocks! I have had it for a couple months, and it has worked perfectly for me. I am actually surprised at how fast it runs and the quality of the remote.

I debated over getting this or the Express. This is much more responsive and seems to run smoother. Roku has an app for almost every channel I want. I would buy another.

Roku is really nice, love it, i bought for my daugther's tv an she love it, just you need an internet, easy to instal, best way to convert a regular tv in smart one

The Roku streaming stick was easy to install and worked immediately. However, the remote is not ergonomic or well-designed. It does not have most used buttons in the right places. Buttons are hard to read. Bottom buttons are unnecessary.
