Faster than my 1st generation roku XS . Streams some channels with ease , lags with other channels like tubitv It gets warm when connected to the power source for long periods of time so I disconnect it at night while not in use .

This streaming stick was a breeze to install and was bought for a friend who does not have a smart TV in her family room. Now she can watch Netflix on both TV's in her home.

I bought this intending to cut the cable bill down. I've only used a few apps so far, but can see the future of cable for me will be the past. External antennae is next

It’s portable and easy to use. You can put it in ur bag and take on vacation. Just plug into hotel tv and hook to WiFi and you are steaming movies

This is the best streaming stick out there now due to the amount of sites/channels available. Most of the streaming apps from cable channels are there. The latest version is also a big improvement speed-wise from the previous version.

This is my second purchase of one of these in as many weeks. Replacing an older fire stick and couldnt be happier with the ability to use the mobile app for private listening.

This is my 3rd Roku device. I got this one so I can take it to hotels to watch my channels when the local programming gets too boring. There are so many channels and much more than Apple TV. The only thing Apple TV has over Roku are any movie/TV purchases made in Tunes. I am a big Apple fan but purchase all my movies thru Amazon. So I just watch all my on demand movies via the Amazon channel. One of the best features is the search which will find your favorite movies, tv shows, actors and actresses who are now playing on one of your channels. I recommend downloading the Roku app to your phone and using that to search since it is easier.

I bought this for my uncle since he wanted to make his tv a smart tv. It works great and least expensive then the other products that do the same thing only thing I found out from setting it up for my uncle is there is no off button.

I love my Roku stick. It is easy to install and set up. My eight year old granddaughter is delighted to be able to view her shows on Netflix and Amazon with no commercials.

We had a smart bluray that quit working- Roku was an easy alternative for us. Not too difficult to set up, we use it for Netflix, Pureflix and Youtube- happy with the outcome.

Roku wins for the least expensive and most feature packed WiFi streaming device. It's small but not as small as the Apple TV remote with onl,y two multi-function buttons. I have 3 brands of streaming players and Roku is the best.

I highly recommend the Roku stick as an alternative to cable.

I bought this specifically for being able to stream a local Plex Server. Works great, even when there is no internet connection for the wifi the Roku and Plex Server are on!

I didn't want to replace an older tv yet so I decided to try this, I'm glad I did. The smart tv can wait a little while longer. It literally is plug and play, quick and easy.

This is my first ROKU, and setup was straightforward. It works well, and gives me access to additional content, as well as to my existing streaming accounts on my "dumb" TV.

I had never really thought of using a streaming device before. The salesman showed me several options and I decided to get the Roku which has been a very good option for me.

We finally were able to get rid of cable thanks to this Roku. So we are saving money but still get to watch lots of great stuff on it on an older TV that was not a smart TV
