I bought this to replace an older model. I love not having the little box sitting on a table or shelf. I also love the option to watch such a huge range of programming that I can turn on, pause and replay on demand.

Recently purchased this for my mom for mother's day. I own a Roku 3 and Roku streaming stick, both of which are awesome. The streaming stick is great for simplicity, but do know that you will have to plug this in to a power source in addition to a HDMI port. Some TV's may have a powered USB port on the back that you could plug this into, but if not, you'll have to plug the supplied power adapter into a traditional power plug. I didn't know this the first time around and that took some of the "magic" away haha but all in all, Roku products are the best, most user friendly products out there.

Love the ROKU apparatus. Easily gives access to so much. It's simple to use. I've bought others for friends who are less tech savvy and they love it too.

I bought this for my sons tv because his room didnt have a smart tv. I love the roku more than my smart tv, its easy to navigate and has alot of awesome features

The roku stick works really well and is really easy to install and use. No box to put somewhere and a fairly rapid interface given the size of the device.

This works through apps like other devices. Set up is fast and simple. Easy to use format and remote. Best of all, no other device needed to stream. Love IT!

Easy and simple operation. Plug it in, follow the easy to understand directions and you're streaming entertainment. Great little device.

Works as designed. No issues after two years. The speed of this device blows any console out of the water when it comes to Netflix, YouTube, Etc.

i use to use a cromecast but this is far way better. i also got it on sale so it was worth it, if you rent from vudu or watch a lot of netflix i would get it

Got this for my mom to watch netflix on her second tv. So easy to set up. Plug in, set up on a Web browser, and go. Very easy for her and even the kids to use.

I love this item. So may options, so many movies new and old. Easy to figure out and use. My grandparents can even use it. They love theirs. It's great!!!

I like the compact size. I have another Roku, that I prefer, but this works well in the bedroom. My biggest complaint is it searches for updates in the middle of the night and flashes a white light while doing so.

It can be slow at times but works for the most part

I didn't want to pay for another cable box in the kitchen and this fills the gap perfectly - I can stream sports/movies or whatever and set up is crazy simple.

At first i was little worried about this product. After using it, it blew me away with everything it could do. Great for people who do not have a smart tv.

Decided to buy another Roku in an attempt to begin the cable cutting. I already have a Roku 3 in another room for awhile. I also own numerous Chromecasts. I find that having the Roku with its own remote is much easier than the Chromecast and streaming from another device (my phone mostly), which would die and had limited fast forward and rewind functionality. I decided on a second Roku mostly to start building some consistency, however I am also now considering an Amazon Fire TV Stick, since recently purchasing Amazon Echo. Attempting to find some synergy between all of my connected devices.

Works great and is a great way to stream shows. It was easy to install and use. I did call the support line to help get started and it was very helpful.

I got this for a friend, quick and easy set up, and was able to start watching right away. Roku does provide an adapter for free on their site if needed.

the overall performance of the streaming stick is great. I have both a streaming stick and a roku box, and the performance goes hand and hand with each other.

My kids love this device cause they enjoy netflix, nick, mlb @ bat, cartoons and bunch of channels. So we truly recommend ROKU specially if you have young kids.
