Roku Streaming Stick Doesn't Work with UHD - 4K

It worked for a couple days, then no longer connected. After many hours on the phone and chatting with technicians from Roku and Xfinity, determined that the item cannot handle high speed, UHD and 4K programming. Returned it to the store and purchased Roku Ultra. Can stream Xfinity to another TV with no problem. Roku Ultra can handle UHD - 4K programming. Works well with everything else.

Cheaper than buying a new smart tv

Love it, but it must be powered to work
