More content and more reliable

The integrated way to purchase content from channels directly through Roku is seamless and very convenient. Also, the ability to search for content across all streaming providers directly within Roku has allowed us to find and watch nearly everything that interests us including new and classic films not available on the other main streaming channels.

Throw away your DVD player
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.All we basicaly need these days are wireless modems for our older tvs that aren't smart tvs and this stick works great on my 4 year old LG. The USB port in the back provides uniterupted power to the Roku stick. The updated Netflix and Hulu menus are a huge improvement over my 4 yr old DVD player. With the Roku stick, Netflix, Hulu and my New TV antenna I can watch plenty of good programming for $16mo and Roku offers lots of other channels for as low as $4 a month. You tube has a nice menu too. I also like that I no longer have any wires showing leading to the TV!
