Weak Performance

The problem was that it kept stopping and restarting. I checked the internet connection and it was fine, however, the unit would not stay connected. The instructions state that these units do not work with all TV's, and this unit did not work with my 4 year old Samsung TV. Best Buy refunded my money and I purchased a unit from another company.
