Needed adapter in order to use it

I called and no one at Best Buy helped me either. Then I went online and researched it and found out that Roku would send me an adapter free of charge if I provided them with ceetain info. It now works great.

Terrific waste of time

For the one thing I bought the stick for it doesn't do. Flixster video. It doesn't let me watch my 60+ movies I have on UV. But it's light, small, easy to carry and quick to set up. No need to carry a remote when you can download it on your smartphone
