Just what we needed

This was perfect for us. My five year old loves the PBS kids station and husband enjoys streaming live sports with Sling TV. I do recommend using the easy remote app on your phone verses the remote that comes with the Roku. Our remote didn't work at all.

Far less expensive than cable

He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions in an accurate, professional manner. Anyone looking to "cut cable" because of ridiculous cost and fees should follow suit and look into alternate TV and video sources. For me that was roku.

Roku Stick

It has updated wifi which has worked flawlessly with my internet. I don't have any problems with streaming Netflix. I was able to plug the USB required to power the stick into the USB connection on the back of my cable box so I didn't have to run any other cords. I have only used this and the Roku 3 so I cannot compare it to Apple TV or Fire Stick.
