Great streaming stick

If you don't need or want 4k video support, and want a fast responsive streaming device that works so much better than the streaming apps built into most smart TV's & Blu-ray players, this is the one to get.

The tv is about 12 years old . I was suprised since I do have hdmi inputs . I thought it was defective but worked well on my other TV set . I ended up returning it bc I wanted it for my bedroom tv . If I get a newer tv I would buy it again

Works great on the go

Best of all, I can use the Roku Streaming Stick on any TV in any room or on my laptop wherever I go. When I experienced poor reception in one particular room, Roku mailed a booster to me at no charge!

You can stream lots of channels. Call Roku, get an account set up, and ask all the questions you need to. You'll understand everything in no time, and you can leave cable behind.

Necessity for Me

Since my cable provider has yet to offer wireless boxes, the Roku can stream their app so we can watch cable in that room wirelessly. For now, it's a must-have.

(yahoo apps UI, not great.) Anyway, I grabbed one of these for the TV and hooked it up. Everything works as expected and my parents are happy.
