It takes a little while to get used to, especially if you are used to cable tv. The whole concept is different than changing channels. It works fine and I have not had any problems with it. It is worth it to switch to internet streaming and not pay for cable.

We are now able to watch many programs at no cost through amazon prime and other channels which offer free viewing. The Roku-streaming stick takes the pauses out of utube videos watched on a computer since it downloads the whole program before playing.

I finally decided to get rid of cable and am so excited I did. The Roku Streaminh Stick is great and I have more options than I ever had with cable. I also don't have to worry about cords and plugins. The stick plugs directly into your TVs USB port.

I own a Roku 1, Roku 3, Roku Premier +, and now the Roku Stick. The stick is a quality product, and does not disappoint. It delivers crisp, clear full 1080p with no freezing or lagging. Of course it is not as powerful or feature rich as its big Brothers, but it gets the job done. Definitely pleased with the purchase.

It has great connectivity n very easy to register.

Plugood it in, power it on and it works just fine.

I bought because it has the time warner app and I can use this as a box without the fee.. But it has so much more and access to so many apps I never even knew existed. We plan on buying another.

The Roku stick works about as well as the Roku 3 which I also purchased. The new stick has voice remote and WIFI connection. I was told that the Stick might not be as fast as the Roku 3, but have found it adequate and almost equal in average daily use.

I bought it about one month ago and it seems to work perfectly. No problems at all. Now I have an access to movies, live satelite tv, games, Netflix, you tube, etc. through the Internet. It makes my Simple flat TV, smart TV. I'm very pleased with it.

I've tried most of the streaming services over the last 15 years. I consider the Roku Streaming Stick to be a solid value compared to some of the more expensive services. It has a wide variety of content and can be used with any monitor.

My application is unique but the Stick works great. It is very responsive at all functions. It does what ROKU is expected to do but in a small form factor. I like the fact that I can get a dongle from ROKU for a hard-to-install port on my TV.

Excellent streaming stick. I love that you can listen to your content privately using your cellphone and own headphones. Only downside is the remote kinda sucks. It's laggy. Constantly lay loses connection. You're better off using your cellphone as a remote. You can't program a harmony or anything for a streaming stick.

I already owned 2 Rokus before picking this one up. These have made it possible to watch virtual any programming I want. I've actually used these on Samsung Smart TVs less than 2 years old, as I find the interface to be much more intuitive.

Now that Xfinity has an a ROKU app (currently In Beta test), I got this cute little stick and can now watch all my Xfinity channels on my kitchen TV. Nice to be able to see regular, local news in the place where I have no cable connection!

As a Spectrum customer I'm tired of getting screwed with cable box expenses. Spectrum has an app on the Roku that allows you to watch almost all of their channels, just as if you logged on their website and watched TV shows from the net.

My 5 year old grandson came to visit me from out of town and said, "Meme where is the Ruku." I'm looking at him and thinking really did he just asked for the Ruku remote dang!!! Because I bought his mom one for their house in March of this year!!!!

I got this to use when I travel and it works great.

Like the roku and it's a definite improvement on my basic smart tv features, but I don't care much for the lack of connective strength in the remote. Also, it seems to me that it's advertised to give the impression that the stick is wireless, but it isn't. It doesn't charge, it must be plugged in. Just a heads up.

The first Roku Stick was great. Tons of 'channels' and easy to set up and configure. The new stick has these same features, but it is markedly faster. Everything is quicker including boot-up and channel start-up. It is just about perfect!

I got this because I got tired of being in the bedroom watching tv. Best decision ever. My mother also got one because she liked mine so well. Only downfall is it take the remote forever to "talk" to the device when you first turn it on.
