Bought this for my parents due to its simplicity of the screen navigation. The remote is also very good with dedicated Netflix button. I wish the dedicated button can be reprogram for other apps. Overall, the roku stick is a speedy and responsive device.

We take this whenever we travel for the kid and it’s a life changer.

Easy to set up and it has lots more apps than our supposedly smart TV. It even has an Acorn app to watch British detective dramas. Love this product. Next time I need a TV I won't bother to get a "smart" one; I'll just get a good TV and a Roku.

I purchased it as a gift to a friend to get him waned off Netflix DVDs and into streaming. He absolutely loves it! I like the fact that the remote has dedicated buttons for Amazon and Netflix among others. Highly recommended, great bang for the buck.

I purchased because my son suggested that I should cut the cord and try streaming. I am very pleased with Roku stick, the price, ease of use, and lots of viewing options. I am so happy with this product, I bought another stick for my bedroom.

I give the Roku Stick 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no USB 90-degree adapter included in the box. This is a big problem with a TV mounted close to the wall, that has the USB outlet on the back of the TV. There is a card in the box that explains how to order a FREE adapter on the Roku site. I ordered one but despite a few follow-up calls and messages, it never arrived. So not quite a perfect product,, if your TV's USB port is close to the wall...

Roku is a nice plug in unit. It is a great replacement for Cable TV

We purchased this product to help us spend less money on cable as we don't watch most of the channels available to us through cable. We have found many useful channels through our Roku that we like better. It is very easy to use and sry up.

If I wanted to stream Netflix or Hulu, I used to use my blue ray player, but it didn't have all the apps, so if it wasn't a top 5 app then I would use my laptop and stream from it. That was a pain too, and going through the trouble to hide my wires on my TV, only to have my laptop showing and power plug running across the living room was aggravating. That wasn't even including the different setups I had in the other rooms. After 15 minutes to setup my Netflix, Hulu, HBO, etc accounts on the Roku, I was able to do everything and more than on my previous setup with the blue ray and laptop. The real test was watching a football game with it. The image quality was outstanding, and the Roku ran better than my brand new laptop used to. And moving the Roku is as simple as plug and play when going from room to room. Very impressed.

During a beach vacation I realized that I forgot the remote to my Roku. I purchased a Roku streaming stick at my destination. Pleased that it performed comparably to my larger model, this compact version will be the one I travel with.

Why pay more when this does what you need? It works great. No lag.

This item was easy to setup and is very easy-to-use. I owned an original Roku box for about 5 years and never had any issues with it. I like the way the remote and menus function. Streaming has been exceptional even on marginal DSL Internet.
