You need a credit card

Which by itself is not an issue but to create an account you need to have a credit card to create an account. (Account is free but it says it needs one on file) I ended up returning this product and bought a wifi enabled blue ray player so not only can I enjoy Netflix I can watch DVDs and blue rays as well.
