Worked well in the beginning

I could NOT get the remote to work. I checked all available websites for assistance but to no avail. In my search, I came across instructions on using my cell phone as a remote. That worked. I think the remote is not well made and certainly did not last for even a year.

So so device

Told to pick another network to sign in to. As if the average person has multiple networks to select for wi-fi. Smh Tried again a few days later, and it was finally concluded that it was faulty and not my fault. I have a replacement, and it's working. At least sometimes.
