Love Roku but
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this one because it didn't need the power cable - since it has a usb plug that is supposed to work on your tv to charge without having the extra power cable and such - BUT even tho my tv has a usb plug, the Roku said it can't work on that plug so I needed to use the power cable... So kinda pointless since I already had a roku that works with a power cable....

Frustrating, but great when it works

It has all the apps I need, but the Roku Stick has one frustrating flaw. Since the stick is behind the TV it doesn't have an IR remote, the remote has to be paired to it. 3 calls and 2 remotes later in the month and a half I've had it and the remote still won't stay paired. Honestly I would spend the extra to buy the 4.

Less expensive roku

So so device

Told to pick another network to sign in to. As if the average person has multiple networks to select for wi-fi. Smh Tried again a few days later, and it was finally concluded that it was faulty and not my fault. I have a replacement, and it's working. At least sometimes.
