    The Roku works very well. We use it for streaming Netflix.

    Okay. It isn't that the product is bad. I have smart devices that already do what I needed from a Roku. The stick was fairly responsive, but it didn't offer me any real benefits. I didn't like the interface. It seems antiquated in comparison to others like Apple TV and Fire TV. Some apps are still using the very old UI from the original Roku days. The YouTube app was odd on the Roku. On the PS3, the navigation is more animated and fluid. On the Roku, the animation was lost and the thumbnails were in lower resolution. Once you played a video, it was fine. But I found the low-res thumbnails to be very strange. Also, because Roku was offering $25 in free content with the offer, one of the Best Buy's I took it to initially said they could not accept it unless I paid them the $25 for the bundle, which I did not redeem. But, when I called my local store, they were able to work with me and said that the other store should have accepted the return. So, obviously, some people need more training.
