The Best Streaming Stick

The best interface and a powerful compact unit makes for greatness. It is in my travel bag. I use this in hotels and on the road all the time.

Easy to Install; Easy to Get Lost
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The hardware was a breeze to install, just a HDMI port and a plug. I was a bit surprised that this needed a dedicated DC power source, but my wall mounted TV had an extra outlet in the wall so was not a problem. The remote is very comfortable (ergonomically) and the responsiveness is amazing, especially considering the Roku stick was positioned behind the TV. The only issue I had was the sheer volume of channels and layers available once you install Roku. Upon choosing the "channels" you want to watch, there are links to literally dozens of channels which have a combination of free and on-demand/paid content, but you need to sign up first. So there was a period of an hour or so where all we did was log into different websites, create accounts, and tried to remember our passwords - all to be able to catch a glimpse of what content was available within that channel. It feels a little like bloatware, although I get that's Roku's model. Just hope this doesn't unleash the spam gods upon my inbox!

Excellent tiny Roku

It has a point anywhere remote. Really can't go wrong with this unit if you are looking to stream 1080p content. I bought a 2nd.

Best For Streaming

Has about the same features as my older Roku stick, but is a lot faster. Improved speed makes it easier to use. Recommend this device for anyone who wants to stream.
