I have a Roku 4K in my family room, which I use a lot and enjoy very much. I decided to get the new 2016 Roku stick for the TV in my bedroom. It seems to be close to the same speed as my R4K. I like the Roku app on my Android Smartphone and have used the private listening feature on it. I like that it is powered by the USB connection on my TV, which makes it simple. I look forward to the ease of traveling with it (where I can get sufficient wireless internet speed). That may be a challenge at some hotels and at my in-laws. If you need to save room when packing, just leave the remote at home and use the Roku app on your phone. And this is a great device if you are on a tight budget. It's much faster than my Smart TV and DVD players are and has many more channels.

Love my Roku Streaming Stick! Easy to install and use. Flawless interface and speedy as well. Thinking about buying another one or two for additional TVs. Buy it...you cannot go wrong with the latest Roku Streaming Stick!

Purchased this for an outdoor TV and am extremely pleased with the ease of operation and picture quality. The Roku allows flexibility in downloading many apps for free movies and program watching. Highly recommend!!

The roku stick is a must have for streaming. The easy access buttons on the remote to popular streaming services is very convenient. I love how you don’t have to have direct sight line to the roku stick for the remote to work. Everything loads quickly and for the price it makes cutting the cable cord that much easier.

I have the Amazon fire stick and I thought that was really amazing until I got the Roku stick. The roku is so much simpler to use and the remote is so much easier- I would recommend roku over Amazon any day.

We were looking for a simple streaming device that would offer maximum value at a reasonable price. The Roku streaming stick is it. We can use it on different TVs in our home, and we can travel with it. It takes a little bit of effort to get it set up -- have your wireless password and Roku account handy -- but it is not hard at all. We've used it to stream Netflix and YouTube so far, but there are many options offered with this device. Note: The power cord that comes with it is short. We cannot plug the stick into the TV and also plug in the power cord at the same time. It's not necessary to use the Roku stick, but after long-term use, the stick will need to be re-charged. Not a big deal. Otherwise, we are very happy with this purchase.

Has more programs than mt other units.... stays current as well... best cheapest option..

I have a Roku 4 on the main TV and Best Buy salesman recommended this stick for the second TV. Works very well and inexpensive too ! Very pleased with the product and with the assistance from Best Buy store staff.

I like this Roku better than the Roku express. It rarely ever buffers and you don't have to aim it directly at the Roku to change channels. I have used this one for years now and works perfect for the price.
