Had audio/video sync issues from the beginning which neither Roku or Best Buy could help resolve. From online forums, these are known issues so no idea why Roku can't fix it. Back it went.

Not for beginner.

Only a couple things are unlocked to play and small selection of what you can actually watch. Nice though for adding Netflix to a non-smart tv or watching cartoons if that's all you want to use it for.

Very disappointed

Customer service was totally inadequate and it took them 4 tines to determine they had to recall the unit. After the second one was installed, I was very disappointed in any of the free services. It is obviously a device to make you subscribe to a bunch of pay services.
