the roku stick looks good on the description but not in application. it didn't work well with my wifi router that is 6ft away. there are many hack support on the web, they give you a connect number, i didn't realize i had a hack customer support. they got all of my information and then told me it was $75, i hung up. i found the right rocku page and started to set it up until i got to the part where you must give them credit card information, i already have all of the online programs and if i want something else i will get it from them or through a more reputable source that i already have. there is no way to get around this so i took it back to best buy.

Too time consuming. It's okay if you want to subscribe to extra stuff, but it's not worth the hype. Even if you have cable it's a catch 22 to subscribe. Only some of the features you can utilize without paying if you already have an account.

I have struggled valiantly to get my Roku to work. I'm still not sure if it is the device itself that is the problem, or a connectivity problem. I have had cable tech out twice and received the free hdmi extender available from Roku. This helped slightly but I still have no viable way to view streaming tv through this Roku. I am WAY past the 15 day return time period that is Best Buy's policy. My last resort is to contact Roku (rather than just search their website). Overall, an extremely frustrating experience. And I still couldn't tell you for sure if this is an issue with the Roku or my wifi connection. It's just not working.

Not a great product for me. Unit had plug issues and would unplug from device, wouldn't load properly and was just plain glitchy. Took it back the next day for an Apple TV. More money but it works like it should.

The Roku stick is very limited and not as versatile like other brands. I didn't care for it, movies that I wanted to watch wasn't available. I was mainly use it for movies, and it wasn't worth the investment.

After purchasing my Roku stick and plug it into the back of my TV I used it for a while and then it stopped working I have been unable to get it to start working again really wish I could figure this out

The streaming stick plugs into the rear of the TV and the remote doesn't have a clear site line, I kept having a problem with the remote delinking from the Roku stick. I returned this item

I purchased the Roku stick in hopes of getting a option to a new cable box. The ultimate goal being to remove the current box I have. No access to live shows was the deciding factor for me.

I purchased this item and it stopped working. I changed the batteries in the remote and still didn't work I've had this item for over a year...not worth it!

Great interface but remote sometimes is unresponsive. Needed to take battery out and back in to"reset" the remote for it to work. I swapped out batteries multiple times prior and no help.

It worked for a short time and the finally found out it was defective after several calls to Sling, Roku, and Moku. Testing a replacement but thank you Best Buy for replacing!

This device has limited throughput- greatly influenced by the WiFi signal at the desired location. Thus it is probable that you will need to buy a signal booster as well.

I bought this on the recommendation of the Best Buy staff. But it struggled when downloading through skype. No problems with other Roku models. Took it back and exchanged it.

I already have. ROKU tv and therefore there is no need for this. Also, an accident by has to be set up and services are to be paid for in addition to purchasing the ROKU device.

Bought a roku stick for my bedroom tv, had issues with wireless connection poor picture quality replaced it with a roku ultra and ran a hardwire to it

We have roku on other TVs but this stick didn't work on our Phillips TV from 2009 for some reason. We tried two times with no luck. Love Roku otherwise though.

After about one week of use, the remote stopped functioning. We were told to call Roku to replace but they would not replace because we didn't purchase from Roku. We called Best Buy and they said because they didn't sell the remotes individually, they could not get us a replacement. Very poor. So now we are stuck with a streaming stick that works but we can't do anything else because we cannot get the remote to synch and function. Poor product and customer service.

Lots of sputtering and dropped signals compared to my Samsung 6300 DVD player. I ended up returning it for a refund. BTW, Apple TV4 also did not work well for me.

Nice package with good potential. BUT, it is highly dependent on a strong WiFi signal. 2 bars is not good enough - will lock up! Had to return it.

The Roku stick is failing after 2 months. I have to pair the remote to the stick every day before it will work. The Roku system is great when it works.
