This is the second time I have purchased a roku stick and have not been able to successfully connect either one. Inhabw more success with the roku box

I've not been able to use the roku for over a week and have not received any response from their support team for over a week now. I regret buying it.

The stick gets way too hot and stops working. I have the Roku plus in another room and it works great

I purchased 2 of these, one for the living room and one for the bedroom. The channel choices are pretty extensive and load pretty quickly. The remotes are terrible though - batteries last about 2 days if you are lucky. They eat batteries and I have tried different brands of batteries. I would not purchase, unless you plan on buying a universal remote to use with the stick.

I like the Roke stick... When it works the way it is supposed to work. I have had a lot of issues with it freezing up and or just not working.

The product concept is solid and delivers what is intended...the reason for my poor review is strictly due to the remote control. It only worked 10% of the time and ALWAYS lost pairing with the stick

I have to exchange the roku once because the remote stops working even with new batteries. New roku and at times I still have the same problem.

Truer on three tv's sent back ,Called Customer Service.waste of my time,and still have not heard from them and haven't received my refund.

I might have a "lemon", but this stick is so much worse than the other earlier Roku's I have purchased (2, and 3). It pauses and gets stuck, won't pause streaming on Hulu or Netflix and has been reset way too many times. I will return it in a few days and maybe try another to see if this one is just defective. The fact that it doesn't automatically come with a HDMI dongle means it couldn't be inserted into some of my TVs (large Vizio)

The roku stick got very hot, way too hot for safety. When it cooled off, I returned it.

Had some issues using with time warner app, lots of disconnections and with WiFi also finally ended up with amazon

I can't get pass creating an account which is required in the installation process. There are no descriptions for the required fields.

I purchased this product and then hooked it up to the TV. Good so far, then I find out I have to set a Racu account in order to use it. Then the fun begins. I want the stick to access Netflix but no, I have to set up an account so I can use it for Hulu and a few other systems. If they have something that allows me just to access Netflix I will take it in a minute even if it costs more. This is too much trouble.

After spending 40 dollars for product no one wants to hear you have to sign up to use it and that costs another 100 no thanks

This roku stick is slow to say the least and it works when it feels like it. The amazon fire stick works better.

The product is okay but the remote doesn't work very good. That is why I gave it a low rating is just because of the remote.

Roku is just fine if I use the remote app from my phone, but the Roku remote that Came With STREAMING Stick Is No good.

Failed to work on multiple TVs due to HDCP errors. Searching online it looks like this is a common roku issue, at least with the streaming stick. I have two other rokus, no issues with those (even on the same tv on which the streaming stick gave me trouble). I bought this to use in hotels when traveling, but if it doesn't work reliably across lots of TVs, it's no good for that.

We gave it two tries. First one the remote would stop working, you would have to take one battery out and put it back in to get it to work and would have to do the same thing 5 minutes later. The second one we had a problem getting it to stay connected and had remote issues with it as well. We returned and got a roku4 which we love. It's more money but definitely worth it.

This stick was buggy right out of the box. It wouldn't respond to the remote control on various times and after four months it stopped transmitting video. Roku support has been a joke and I am out $43. Beware of this Roku stick and go with the pucks. Lastly, I have owned and given away countless of these Rokus and this was my first bad experience with them.
