Piece of junk. Worked for one night and then could not connect to Internet even though I had a strong signal on every other device in my house. Replaced with the Amazon stick and haven't had a problem since.

set up was frustrating, overall not what we were expecting, upgraded (my opinion) to amozon fire tv

We were excited to get the streaming sticks but were very disappointed with the installation. It requires too many accounts to use the service and even after setting the accounts up, we still couldn't complete the setup. When we returned them, the store associate verified every complications we encountered. We ordered Fire Sticks after we returned the Rokus.

Upon initial set up the device was unable to connect to my Wi-Fi I immediately returned it to Bestbuy

My husband bought the Roko stick for me and it was very hard to find what I wanted to watch..

I have a Roku 2, and I wanted this version for another small tv. Had seen this in operation on someone's tv and it worked quite well. The one I bought, when connected, resulted in a poor picture and sound. The device worked very well-was very fast loading channels and switching functions-but picture quality and sound were very bad.

Had difficulty streaming with this stick. The signal was not strong enough through the device.

Gave this to my mom and she was not happy with the quality of the picture and connectivity

I do not subscribe to channels. Matter of fact I don't use my Roku TV stick since they want my credit card in order to activate it. Had I known I would have never bought it. It should say on the box "registration with valid credit card required to activate Roku stick". I just don't like my CC floating around on a website that can be hacked.

Great for cable internet. A great money saver vs renting one from the cable TV provider!

i now have three of these 'sticks' and every one of them i connect to one of two panasonic plasma sets i have results in random audio drop outs of a few seconds. so, if you have a set like mine i would pass. they seem to work fine on my samsung led set, just not on the plasma. customer support has been no help.

I charges the device but once it has charged the device that's it no more juice.

I purchased this on Black Friday because it was half price. After it has been used nearly every day for a month by myself or another family member, I would've paid full price. It is easy to use. It has a lot of features for such a little device. I love that it's portable because I can take my entire vudu library with me wherever there is wifi and an HDMI connection. I haven't had a single buffering issue yet. It shuts itself off shortly after the television has been shut off. The remote reaches from 15 to 20 feet in my living room with no issue. It has worked better for streaming than any of my higher end Blu-ray players. It is small but does have to be plugged in to an outlet, though.

Nice product but by the time you purchase all the channels you want it's expensive

I could not connect this Roku because it is too long to fit onto my tv because of the design of the back. Apparently they have run into similar problems and Roku promised to send a bendable extension 2 weeks ago but it has still not arrived so returning the product. Still have another Roku that I am very happy with.

I wouldn't recommend to anybody, this device at the beginning it will work fine but few hours later you will be starting having connection trouble and the need to plug and unplug after that its a must.

my remote hardly ever works other than that when it does work it's great

This item is boastfully garbage.The remote loses connection almost instantly, and you need to either re-power or re-connect the batteries. ROKU offers on their website an additional item to help performance for free but it did absolutely nothing. I would get an Amazon Fire Stick instead. Sorry ROKU.

I can't get the roku to work here because I don't have cable.
