this product does not work I need to return it. it will not come on and work

The ROKU Streaming Stick is the 4th ROKU I purchased. This was a gift for our 95 year old Grandmother. Like all ROKU's, the Stick works great and is easy to operate. The picture quality is actually better than her cable TV. The ROKU Stick is priced reasonable and receives more entertainment channels and movies than anyone could ever watch in a lifetime.

Quit working within 2 weeks, not impressed. Great until then though

This thing is almost more fun to explore all the channels and stuff you can access as it is to watch and listen to the programs. I was originally planning on going with the firestick but Sales guy at Best Buy informed me the Roku was faster and had a lot more apps available for 10 bucks more. I was slightly hesitant but kind of glad I went with the Roku. With over 2500 apps you can search for hours for specific programs, live TV, old movies, music, etc... to load and enjoy. The user interface is fairly easy to use and adjust to after a few uses. Everything seems to be streaming well and my internet bandwidth is only about 5 meg. There are tons of free channels, search those first. The commercials can drive you nuts, not because there are a lot of them but they will often repeat 3 or more times in one commercial break. They also tend to get chopped off so sometimes you will see 15 seconds of a commercial and it will repeat that 15 seconds 3 or more times. This commercial thing is probably a channel issue though and not related to Roku. I did sign up for the Amazon Prime subscription because of the fast shipping feature and I have to say watching commercial free channels is a lot more enjoyable. All in all, I am very happy with the stick and look forward to using to search for something on those nights when there is just nothing worth watching on regular TV. Oh. one last thing. I would love to see some sort of Web Browser app on this thing. The only one I have found is like a $5 a month subscription and I'm just not willing to pay it.
