I've been using my Blu-ray player to access Netflix. For some reason I couldn't get it to work, so off to Best Buy I went, and purchased a ROKU Streaming Stick. It took me only a few minutes to install it, and soon I was enjoying Netflix programming again. There are many, many more channels available, and it I ever decide to "cut the cable", I won't be losing anything. By the way, a couple days later I found out what had happened to my Blu-ray player, and fixed it. I could have returned my ROKU, but didn't. I love it that much!

My work makes me travel a lot. I being this with me and hook into the hotel wifi to stream movies when I'm away from home. Works great!

This works great and is user friendly. For the price it is a great alternative to the pricier Roku boxes. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of the box but that was ok for our needs.

Easy to use easy to set up great for streaming Netflix, Hulu and any other streaming services with plenty of other channels to choose from.

Seems to be just as fast as my Roku 3. Has all the apps I need. Great not having to have a direct line of site to get the remote to work.

Used a Chromecast before buying this product. Greatly out performs the Chromecast and is so much easier to use. Recommend highly!

I really like this Roku fire stick, it works great, I think I will buy another one for my other TV. I am saving big bucks with no cable bill. Good reception and great streaming make it very much worth the price I paid.

Seamless hook up. Easy to use. Biggest problem has been trying to figure out what to watch. If you don't own a smart tv it's a must have.

If you have Spectrum cable TV the Roku streaming stick is better than an additional stb. One low payment for the device and you can stream all that you get with no monthly stb rental fee using the built in Spectrum app.

This streaming stick is surprisingly fast. I give it my highest recommendation based on its speed, channels available, and ease of use.

Very easy to set up and install. It's much faster than an older Sony streaming box that it replaced. Responds and loads very quickly.

Yes, I know I'm writing this review the day the new 2017 streaming stick was announced, but nonetheless, this product is amazing! I'm a huge Roku fan and the stick is just the best value all around. Highly recommended!

I have one of these and bought one for my dad. Easy to set up and the remote makes it easy to select which streaming service you want.

I got tired of my dvd/blue ray player freezing up after streaming for a few hours. It locked up everything - usually when I had someone else's dvd loaded so then I couldn't get it out until I brought the whole thing to be unlocked and rebooted. Decided it was time to separate the features. Choose the Roku over others because it would allow me to do more of things I wanted and for a better price. Haven't regretted it at all. I can stream all day then watch a dvd then go back to streaming without any hiccups. It's super easy to set up and a breeze to use. And it's portable, so when I decide to put a tv in my bedroom, it can follow me. Wondering why I hadn't done this sooner.

Excellent device for people who would like to start streaming and get rid of cable boxes. I am enjoying Roku. I just returned my cable boxes and enjoying the streaming experience with my family. All my shows are available with the apps that I get to download. I can watch movies on Netflix and select some shows on every program that I like. I will recommend this device anytime. It is very easy to setup as well.

After a friend showed me just exactly what a Roku stick could do I decided to give it try on my own. First, I consulted many reviews including the ones posted here. While Amazon fire stick does have more hardware power, I chose the Roku because of its overall simplicity and user friendly operation. I have not been disappointed. Roku is a great product and the stick makes it portable between different tvs in ones house. There are countless aps one can download consisting of the most popular streaming aps today.

We got the roku to fet rid of cable n it was easy to set up n it works great n can watch the chanels we still want n save money!!

I love my Roku stick and plan to buy another. When I cancelled my cable, I needed help fast. After looking at several streaming services, I decided Roku was the way to go. I didn't want to spend a lot of money and didn't want any more 'boxes' laying around so I went with the stick. It was great. I set up the devise and account on my own, meaning it was pretty straightforward and had all the 'helps' included. It had three apps that I already subscribed to (Netflix, Amazon Prime and xfinity streaming)!

When the install tech said I could save the rental fee on the set top box for Spectrum, I was skeptical but figured it was worth a shot...sure enough...the Spectrum app coupled with high speed WiFi work well together

I have purchased 2 Roku's now. have on in living room and one in my rec room. This device allows me to watch some of my favorite channels that are not available from antenna TV. It's a very economical and dependable.
