I have been using a chrome cast for a couple of years now. My brother has been using one for the last 6 months or so, and both constantly have to be reset or reconnected. This Rocky has never had to be reset even though it's connected to the same network. And it comes with a remote and runs on a smart tv format. I'm gonna have to get one for myself.

I used to watch netflix, youtube, and amazon video using a blue ray player that's a few years old. It take a long time to turn up and watching netflix takes some time to load. With Roku Streaming Stick, it turns on very fast. And the videos load quickly when you watch netflix, youtube, and amazon video. Overall, I'm very happy with this product.

Great for streaming. My wife and kids are able to watch Netflix and Hulu plus more. Easy setup as well.

I've purchased 2 Roku - Streaming Sticks (2016 Model). The first one has worked amazingly and does exactly what I expected it to. We mainly use it for watching sling TV. I bought a 2nd stick for our bedroom and it was a lemon. I reset it about 5 times and never got it to work properly so I eventually brought it back. Weird because the one in our living room works flawlessly and does the job! I'll eventually buy another for our room...

I bought this after my cable bill became outrageous. I have a fire stick too but wanted to watch live tv also. Way easy to use.

Works flawlessly when placed near to the router. Easy set-up, intuitive interface, and inexpensive.

I have buyed this version of Roku before, the speed is better than Roku Express and even faster than some Roku TVs. The only problem with the roku Stick is that if you lose the remote control you will be in problems because the remote control is like $19.00dlls (A little expensive I think). However, this version of roku is my favorite!

This is my first streaming device and first time with streaming TV. My sister and I watched "The Newsroom" on Amazon Prime and it streamed very well with little or no problems. Google Play works very well. I purchased a lot of Marvel movies through iTunes and I was pleased to find out that I can watch those movies on Google Play! Definitely a good buy!

was on vacation and wanted something to permit me to access the internet given that we did not have a smart tv. i heard good things about the roku so went into the store and the associate suggested two models, i picked this one, bought it home and was using it in a matter of minutes. it does all that it is supposed to do...simple and easy

Bought this to smarten up a tv in my workshop. After seeing how many additional free streaming channels I get, I'd like to buy a couple more for the rest of the house. The Roku stick works really well and was relatively easy to set up. Once set up it has been trouble free and easy to use. For the price it's a great value.

I got this for my MIL who is not tech savvy at all. Her bedroom TV is not internet connected, but thankfully at least has a HDMI port. This was the perfect solution for her to be able to watch the few streaming services we have. Picked this over fire stick or chrome cast because as promised, this was the least frills/most user friendly.

Easy to use with lots of channels to choose from. You can point the remote anywhere and it works.

the roku stick works great. the setup is very easy and the roku itself is very easy to use. the interface is user friendly and should be easy for anyone to use and get around the menus. i mainly use it for my sling tv, hulu, and netflix apps. i ended up buying a roku express for my bedroom. roku makes great products all around.
